Q. What is a VIP Card?
A. The VIP Card gives cardholders discounts at participating businesses across the United States by just presenting the VIP Card.

Q. How long is my VIP Card good for?
A. The VIP Card is valid until the date specified on the front of the card.

Q. I would like my cards mailed to my home. How long will it take?
A. All orders are mailed out within 2-6 weeks.

Q. What happens if I lose my card?
A. Unfortunately, if you lose your card, you will have to order another. Your VIP Card can be thought of as money. If you lose it, someone else can find it and use it. It is very valuable and will bring you an huge return.

Q. Do I have to present my VIP Card each time in order to receive the discount?
A. Yes. You must present the VIP Card each time you go to a participating merchant in order to get their stated discount. Each merchant's discount varies, so be sure to check our website for updated information. vipcardnetwork.com

Q. How many times may I use my VIP Card at locations that accept it?
A. You may use your VIP Card as many times as you like, at any of our participating merchants, until its expiration date.


Q. Do I need to show the brochure in order to receive a discount?
A. No. The brochure is for your convenience. Only a valid VIP Card is needed to receive your VIP discounts. It is a good idea to carry your brochure with you to note all of the great money saving locations.

Q. What happens if a merchant does not want to honor the VIP Card?
A. If a participating vendor does not want to accept your valid  VIP Card, ask to speak with a manager. All participating merchants have signed a legal agreement with VIP Card Network. If for any reason you have a problem, after speaking with a manager at a location, please contact us at card@vipcardnetwork.com immediately, and we will take care of the issue.

VIP Card Network, its parent company, affiliates, partners, sponsors, and employees cannot assume any responsibility or liability for any claims, loss or delay, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from any act or omission.

Q. Can I renew my VIP Card?
A. Yes. If you like, you have an option of automatic renewal, and once your card expires, you will not need to place a new order. You can order new cards online at our Web site.
